This is for anyone that would like to gain insights into their hormonal balance, gut health or understand their blood results and improve their overall health.
To provide the most accurate recommendations, we require:
- Relevant medical history, including any pre-existing conditions, symptoms, medications and allergies.
- Current blood test results with hormonal values if possible (unless you are on any contraceptives)
- Supplements or vitamins you’re currently taking, as they can impact your nutritional needs.
Consults are currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays – once you purchase this consultation you will be contacted via email for your preferred zoom call time as well as the above documentation for review prior to your consult call.
The cost is a once off $99.00 payment for a 45 min Zoom Consultation with MPF Qualified Nutritionist Caterina Pauluzzi
