Exercise Videos Quick 15 Minute Workout

Quick 15 Minute Workout:

Here are a few of my ‘go to’ home exercises that are bound to get the heart pumping – 50 seconds on 10 seconds off three rounds of the whole circuit

1. Burpees
2. jumping lunges
3. Russian Twist
4. jackknife sit ups
5. Kettlebell swings
6. oblique crunches

Add a 2km run beforehand to warm up, and some skipping at the end! 🙂
