How? Structured Training with specific goals in mind keeps you on track, it motivates you, ensures progression and, most importantly, sets the benchmark for celebrating your growth in both big milestones, and every little win along the way!

My challenges are based upon my own personal fitness journey, and are all about levelling up physically AND mentally. I believe in creating a balanced, healthy and happy lifestyle while eating flexibly to avoid the feeling of “missing out” or food restriction that comes with traditional prescribed meal plans. Exercise and nutrition should never be used as “punishments” and I believe that there is nothing more important than your relationship with food, your body and your mindset.  This is why my challenges promote building and maintaining a healthy relationship with your body and the foods you eat through education on flexible dieting.

Creating your dream body should never come at the cost of your happiness, you can have both – trust me! So get ready to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle training alongside me and our amazing, motivating community of #MPFGirls.

WHICH GOAL IS FOR ME?

 

SHRED & SHAPE

This challenge is for those who are looking to lose fat and to create shape & muscle tone. There is programmed cardio in this program and a step goal, alongside flexible, macro-based eating.

THE DETAILS:

– Log in App Access where your program will be delivered
– Eight Week Training Program – split into two 4 week programs
– Programmed Cardio & Step Goal
– Ability to link your MFP (My Fitness Pal) to Training APP so Micky can see you tracking your food
– Progress tracker on Training APP so Micky can see you checking into your sessions, hitting PBs, Hitting your macros.
– Custom Nutrition/Macros in accordance with your body type, goals, history, lifestyle, preferences. You will also receive one day example meal plan.
– Support, Education & Accountability through FB Community Group
– Micky’s Nutrition Guide (how to calculate macros, flexible dieting etc)
– Micky’s “The Plan after the Plan” Post-Challenge Guide

BOOTY & BUILD

This challenge is for who are looking to build muscle mass with a focus on booty growth! This program is also for more advanced lifters and incorporates 1 & 1/4 reps, pauses, tempo work and much more!

THE DETAILS:

– Log in App Access where your program will be delivered
– Eight Week Training Program – split into two 4 week programs
– Custom Nutrition/Macros in accordance with your body type, goals, history, lifestyle, preferences. You will also receive one day example meal plan.
